wonderful old hotel with top-class personnel and beautiful view of galle face beach. fashionable room and rich and extensive breakfast to start the day. very central location to the sea side on the 4th night. tasty food in the rooftop restaurant. very good overall experience.

The bed was comfy, and the room itself was lovely. The location was absolutely perfect, you can visit Central Bank of Sri Lanka by walking.

This place is nicely situated right in the heart of things, just a stone's throw away from a lovely restored clock tower. We decided to grab a bite to eat at a well-known nearby restaurant that serves up some tasty seafood dishes.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel in Colombo. The service provided by the staff was absolutely excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Our wedding coordinator, Mr. Thameera, went above and beyond to ensure that our ceremony was perfect. He provided us with exceptional support from start to finish. Additionally, Mr. Chaminda, the banquet captain, and his team were incredibly helpful and made our event truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend anyone to stay or host events at this remarkable hotel. The staff's amazing support and dedication truly made our ceremony fantastic.

Boarding a cruise ship in rough water-rolling from side to side, we were lucky to choose a hotel right at the city center, perfect for couples with babies. The luxurious rooms had super comfortable beds and excellent Wi-Fi. The friendly staff, like Manjula from the Bell Desk, were incredibly helpful, organizing city tours and providing advice. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options.

The hotel was always busy with wedding receptions, which made it somewhat chaotic at times.

The room I stayed in had a very large and comfortable bed, and the shower was spacious and warm. The view from my room was also quite nice. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located and close to the coast, providing easy access to the beach. The breakfast at the hotel offered a variety of choices and the staff at the breakfast were friendly and accommodating. the bedding was cozy, the room was clean, and the pool area was a nice place to relax and enjoy cool drinks.

One negative aspect of my stay was the noise coming from the floor above during the evening and night. It sounded like something large was being dragged around, possibly related to the lift system.

Accommodation excellent, buffet food exceptional, staff very helpful, complimentary touches thoughtful, comfortable bed, clean room.

The personnel was incredibly helpful. The hotel had a warm feeling. Stayed in a deluxe king room on the higher floors which was perfect for me. The breakfast was varied with sushi and many varieties. The facilities were clean.

The hotel provided free wifi, however, there were issues with it constantly dropping out, which was very inconvenient. When we brought it up with customer service, they acknowledged the problem but did not offer any apology for the inconvenience caused. The location of the hotel was great, situated in the business district and within walking distance of Colombo Fort train station. It was also beachfront, although currently, the beach area is being reclaimed, so there were machinery and retaining walls obstructing the view. The hotel had a nice pool with comfortable lounge chairs, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

The ongoing beach reclamation project in front of the hotel resulted in a view that resembled construction in Dubai, rather than a beachfront. There was no kids club or play area for children.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a great vibe and breathtaking views. The view from my room overlooking the ocean was simply mesmerizing. The customer service at the hotel was exceptional, with staff members like Diego and Shiwangi going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The food at the hotel was also impressive, with delicious options for dinner. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and beautiful location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel had great facilities, including a pool and a Chinese restaurant. The location was perfect, with a stunning view overlooking the city and the port. The hotel was within walking distance of the World Trade Center and the Old Dutch Hospital. The staff, especially Jason and Buddhika, were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. we had a great experience.

Almost perfect. The only downside of our stay was that the hotel can get quite noisy, especially on the ground floor and in the hallways. There were also frequent wedding parties, which made the hotel quite crowded.

Our stay at Kingsbury was worth every penny. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and complete amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions. The staff treated us with incredible warmth and kindness.

The food for breakfast could have been better, with more savory options.
